Under construction, this 70'x70' hangar is on .42 acres with "Through the Fence Access" to the Driggs Airport.  Hangar construction and asphalt installation is estimated to be completed in October, 2024. The ''Higher Power'' door opening measures 61' wide x 16' high. This hangar will have an insulated floor with in-floor hydronic tubing (boiler not included) & propane forced air furnace. The infrastructure is designed and built to accommodate a future office or apartment up to 1,250 total sq. ft. This hangar and lot has it's own dedicated septic system and there is a community well shared by 3 hangars.
