Hangar L-3
Located in the Driggs Fly-In Parkway, this 50’ x 50’ hangar comes with land (3,000 sq. ft.) and was built with 24’ sidewalls to accommodate living quarters on the second level. The engineered flooring system, balcony wall and staircase are in place. The Schweiss bifold door has an opening of 45’ wide x 13’ 8” high and can be opened by remote control. This hangar faces Southeast (130 magnetic) and the windows, door and apron take advantage of the solar gain in Winter months.
