St. Anthony FBO Hangar
Circa 1951, Art Deco hangar, located at the Stanford Airfield (U12) in St. Anthony, Idaho (28 nautical Northwest of the Driggs-Reed Memorial Airport). Originally designed to be the FBO and also used for skydiver training, this hangar measures 62' wide by 52' deep with a 59' wide Hydroswing Door which opens to a height of 12'. The main office measures 28' by 19' and has a fully functional 1/2 bath with new fixtures. Forced air furnace powered by natural gas plus a large wood stove to add additional heat to the hangar area. In 2012 the entire exterior was coated in synthetic stucco and thermal pane windows were installed. Included with this property is a renewable license to use 2 RV spaces w/hook-ups to natural gas, water, sewer and electricity. Runway 04/22 measures 4,500' long by 50' wide.
